A:  The Lady of the Lake, guardian of Excalibur before it passed to Arthur.

Q:  How long does it take to process orders?
A:  As each piece is made to order, processing time is currently around 2 weeks.  If we happen to have the piece in stock already, it'll be shipped out within 2 working days.

Q:  How do I know if you have the piece I want currently in stock?
A:  Check the item listing.  Pieces that have a 2 week processing time will be noted.

Q: Do you offer Layaway?
A: Yes!  Email contact@therkt.com with any questions or to inquire about a Layaway Purchase.

Layaway Policy:
Layaway purchases are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. If you abandon your layaway there will be no refund on the amount you've already paid. Coupon codes are not valid for layaway purchases. Payments for Layaways will be done through Paypal, with invoices sent to you on the 5th of each month.  Paypal charges will apply to each layaway payment which can range from USD $1.00 to $10.00 depending on the payment amount.  Your item will be sent to you when payment in completed in full. When you agree to start a layaway you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and they are binding.
